A one-bedroom apartment for up to 3 guests that mixes modern comfort with Moroccan charm. The traditional Moroccan living room has a huge wraparound corner sofa. The modern kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, gas hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker, blender) with a round dining table for four. The bedroom has a 160 × 190 cm bed, quality linen and blackout curtains. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with mosaic tiles. Washing machine, air conditioning, TV, a workspace, a lift and free parking.

The neighbourhood
The apartment is in Hay Mohammadi, a lively residential neighbourhood of Agadir. Within walking distance: restaurants (fine dining, sushi, Moroccan rotisseries), cafés that are good for working, shops and pharmacies. The beach is a 10-minute drive, and parking is free on site. It isn't a seafront flat: it's local life, at a fair price.

Why is it cheaper than Airbnb?
Airbnb takes about 15% of every booking. Booking direct removes that fee, and we share the saving with you.
What do I need on arrival?
An ID card or passport for each adult: registering guests is mandatory in Morocco.
What if I need to cancel?
Let us know as soon as possible on WhatsApp or by email. Since nothing is paid in advance, cancelling is free; see the terms.
Can I rent by the month?
Yes. From 28 nights, the monthly rate applies automatically. Ideal for spending the winter in Agadir.
Is there Wi-Fi?
